Nano board PRO K 1000 is a board shape insulation material which is base on fumed slica. The application temperature of K 1000 can reach 1000℃.

K 1000 series include K 1100, strong up K 1000S and K 1000 grade.

It helps to increase the inner space of the Ovens.

Hot side: 900℃, cold side: 95℃, by ceramic fiber board 110 mm;

Hot side: 900℃, cold side: 95℃, by Ecotherm K 1000 panel: 25mm

It helps to reduce energy loss.

Roller Kilns: Same thickness insulation materials,  900 ℃ inside, the out surface 

temperature decrease over 100 ℃ and the energy loss reduce over 50% by using K 1000.

Declaration of the non-hazardousness

According to the RoHs report from SGS this material is classified as non-hazardous.

The used fibers are not respirable as defined by WHO.
